U-joint help please

I'm in need of some quick advise I took my drive shaft out of my 1990 S10. Do I need to drill these things out that I circled something like this almost looks like stock still.

Just press it out, thats not going to hold it in there.

Heat it up a little. They are plastic and will melt out. Thats the instructions that came with the u-joints I replaced.

take a torch and heat the ends, and the glue will come out.Be sure 2 scrape out the glue in the end cap holes, use a pick 2 get it out. It will make it so much easier when going back 2gether

well shit i schould have got the ujoints 1st for instructions. Guess that can be my lunch break project at work tonight. thanks guys
