New shocks for a 2000 Dodge Ram 2wd?

So i'm looking to buy some of the new Belltech Nitro-Drop 2 Shocks and they said they do not make any that will fit my truck?

They said they make some for the 99 model and the 02 and up. I prefer belltech and I wanted to get their new shocks. I plan on having a 4/6 drop. Who else has a 4/6 drop on a 2000 Dodge Ram?

Doesn't make sense, I've about decided to just order some for a 99 and use them...Any ideas? I heard DJM shocks are horrible... Thanks!

Honestly not sure, I know slammed 1 over at dodgetalk lowered his sons' 2nd gen, so he should be able to help you out.

shouldnt the mounting points be the same? if so,then the 99s willl work.cuz the 99 is the same as the 98.and i know wat that looks like. if its the same,then use them anyway. lol...stupid dodge

Exactly what I thought too Ronnie, but Belltech told me they don't make any shocks that they would recommend for the 2000?

I'll just order some for the 99 model unless someone with a 2000 tells me different. If it mounts up and is the right length it should be fine. I just want to make sure before I send the money and they not work. I've bought to many parts in the past that didn't work

i bet you have....but,why didnt or dont you go to auto parts store and ask to see some for 98-99 and 00-01?
