Anyone gotta old ass Chevy Parkwood Wagon? A local guy has a little rathole carlot with junk on it and I was at the gas station next door the other day and saw the roof of an old wagon so I pulled over there to see what it was...It's an old Chevy Parkwood, pretty solid & straight for an old bucket out in the open, interior still looks good, little rust on the chrome bumpers "back" and the metal side trim is missing one big section on the passenger side...No one was there and I'm not sure on the year, somewhere in the 50's to maybe very, very early 60's...But I wanna say 50's since it's all winged out body like the old 50's cars....Anyone got one? I'm thinking about going to check the $$$ on it, I'm a wagon nut anyway and this one would be cool as hell laid out.

Yeah like I said I'm not sure on the exact year but I was gonna guess it around a '59 model or so...Got any pics of the one you use to own???
This one would be the bomb bagged out on some moons with whitewalls & some satin black on it.

I went and looked at the Parkwood again late this afternoon...It's a 1960 model. No one was at the lot when I got there but I looked at some online and it's the '60...Overall it aint a bad looking old car, the body has some mud in it, and some shitty mud spots but it's pretty solid to work with. interior looks really good in it other than the paint flaking in a few spots around the top of the gauge pods...Inner fenders in the front look pretty solid, cant really see the back ones for the fender skirts. I'm gonna see if I can catch someone in next week and get a price and see if it runs. What engine did most have in them? I was figuring an old straight 6 or something like that. Any idea what one might be worth in half decent shape?

Actually in 59 and 60 the Parkwood was the top of thelline sedan wagon and the Brookwood was a lower line, Similar to an Impala and a Caprice. both look killer on the ground but they are the same car. Jon
