im trying to put a V shaped dual link bar from the inside of the frame rails to the top of the rear end in my 85 c-10, should i just buy 2 bars and fittings to go with it or should i try to make both bars go together into one fitting at the top of the differential? any pics of this would help a hell of a lot, thanks guys (the guys who did my rear end used iron pipe)

Iron pipe? Like schedule 40 black pipe? That stuff smells nasty when you weld to it. Lol.

Personally, I am fond of 3 links, with a wishbone. But a triangulated 4-link would work just as well. I just like the idea of having all of the pivot points parallel to eachother. Seems like there would be less chance of binding or premature bushign wear.

yeah, the black pipe that explodes when welded, thats what was "stablizing" my fullsize c-10 rear end. thanks for the help dude

Sketch. Only time I use that stuff is if it supports less than 10 lbs. Like battery tray.
