I was wondering if there was a way to convert it over to 6 lug so I can use Escalades. Im not sure if Im right but do the 90's toyota's have the 6x5.5 pattern? If so would the rotors calipers and brackets off those work on the 1980 spindle?

I'll tell you right now, that none of the 84-95 Toyota stuff will even remotely fit on a 1980 spindle. Ask me how I know.

And Toyotas are all 5 on 4.5 (114.3mm).

If you're wanting a 6-lug suspension that is a good design, try to find a Mazda or Nissan front clip and use that. Lug conversions are a hassle, stick with somethign that works and it will create less headaches. And Mazda suspension is retarded easy to bag.

mitsu hubs and rotors will bolt right on to 80s stuff, not sure if it goes that far back, but from 90s to tacoma they just bolt right on, i know because i just did a five lug conversion on my mitsu and simply bolted on tacoma hubs and rotors.

I was wondering cause I have an opportunity to get a clip really cheap. But if its too much of a hassle I'll keep looking. The Luv suspension is my last resort and I dont really want to use it.

what about a 92 to 6 lug? rotors and calipers from a mitsu of the 90s? and swap in a rear 4x4 axle from a similar year yota?
