i have both, but i gotta tell ya, the only places to get fittings around me are a semi shop and a place called motion industries, when i bagged my truck, the dude at the semi shop hooked me up, he said they charge so much for fittings because most guys only buy 2-4 at a time, but i went in for 2 1/2" ptc fittings and DAMN!! $16 for 2 fittings, i looked at sd.com i think it would have been $8 or so with free shipping. Needless to say, i buy at sd.com now. Sorry russ, i swear next time i'll buy from gravity werx.

I have PTC fittings on my gauge lines. I'm running hydraulic lines so all the rest are brass. The PTC on the gauge lines work great. Never had a problem. I ran my bottles at 220 most of the time but up to 250 sometimes. I had the SD PTC at first but I bumped the gauge line out of my tank one day and the orange plastic piece broke off and leaked like a stuck Pig. It was on a sunday and I didn't have any extra, and I was 150 miles from the house. Luckily I had a roll of duct tape and a full bottle. That monday I went to Freightliner and bought all new ones. The ones from freightliner were all metal. I think the are parker, but i'm not sure. They were pricey but not to bad. Haven't had any problems with them at all. Tried compressions on one fitting once and never could get it to seal. Compressions suck IMHO.
