wont idle... please help....

i have a 86 toyota 4x4 x-cab 22re the only way i can drive is setting the throttle linkage to idle at 2k rpms at all times. i`ve replaced throttle positioning sensor, pcv valve, pcv gasket. does anyone have any ideas of how to fix this? has anyone ran across this before? please help...

check for vacuum leaks or maybe an intake gasket.
get a can of carb cleaner and start spraying, when it revs or boggs you found a leak.

Is the tube that comes off the PCV valve attatched to the intake? The truck will die immediately iff that is left off, or loose enough.

i haven`t tried the carb cleaner yet but the pcv line is attached to both ends. any other ideas.? i don`t really want to take it to a shop to poor for that.
