2 pump 4 dump prohopper on 2 batteries is more than fast. dont use optimas, use a hydraulic battery and also spend the extra cash on accumulators.

i dont see why using optimas is a bad idea, im on the same 4 blue tops that i bought 2 years ago, gonna replace them soon but they have been good to me. if you dont want fast but want to last long do a 4 battery settup running 24 volts. i have a prohopper kit on my 92 wagon but my next settup for my 95 wagon will be on black magic hydraulics. buy some 8" reg rams for the front and 12" for the rear. one thing, DO NOT use the rev flow cylinders, they are crap and will leak and the seals suck. buy reg cylinders and mount them upside down. you will have to buy some mini spring cups and machine a little off of them and they fit into the front forks, i didnt do this for mine but i have a lath in my basement so i made mine out of bar stock. and the rear just make a fork and bolt in on, i cut a fork peice off some bad shocks and drilled them out and bolted them on. and if you can get comp cylinders. as for fittings, you cannot scimp out on them, i had leaks but after i replaced them with parker fittings and check valves i haveent had a leak in close to a year and a half. and accumulators are a must.

check the accord in my profile. 2 pumps, 4 batts, accumulators all around. Make sure you get quality fittings and cylinders cause they will save you a lot of headache in the long run. 8" up font and 10" in the rear.

I would suggest a 4 pump, 4 adex dump, 3/4" ports, 5/8" Stainless steel ID hardline. Don't use accumulators, just buy some 2 ton coils and do a coil-over cylinder setup. Make sure you reinforce your strut mounts and put a strut brace in there. Nothing smells better than hydraulic oil, so a few leaks just add to the atmosphere. Also, make sure you let your ground strap hang out the trunk and extend your upper control arms. Forget the optimas, get some trojan deep cycles and tires with some meat on them. That there is a real man's hydraulic install!
