Brakes on 02 Silverado

i have an 02 silverado with about 108K miles. i've only had to replace the pads once. recently when i'm stopped and later step off the brake pedal the truck feels like something's bottoming out near the front of the cab. could it be that the brakes are not fully releasing? i can really feel this too when it happens (which is once in a while).

can anyone help out so i can get this fixed? thanks.

check the pads, if a caliper slide wasnt lubed it could be freezing up and wearing one pad out prematurly.
make sure you got the caliper mounting bracket on tight too.
