89-95 tubular arms and grille question

hey everybody i amd looking for some good tubular control arms for my truck either from a company or some of you guys who can build me some. i am already going 2 z the frame but i want some better looking arms and the ability 2 lay out on 22's and if possible still ride while an inch or so off the ground. i've heard of shortening the arms but i'm not sure. and i am also looking for someone who can build me a custom grille or someone who already has on to sell. i want an aluminum vertical phantom for my yota. i've never seen one but i want one, even if i have to build it myself. all help appreciated.
