Lambo door wiring question...

Ok guys, hears my problem...I have started to install lambo hinges on my 1998 Explorer Sport, but have run into a bigger snag than expected. I removed the black "knuckle" between the door and the jam that the wires run through for the doors. That knuckle is no longer useful for the lambo style openings now. I can't seem to really find a suitable place to try and rerun all of the wires back into the door. Can anybody offer up some quality advice from past experience or knowledge on how I could go about this since the old wiring location is no longer acceptable. Thanks for your time!!

I don't know for sure if these would work but Suicidedoors.com sells these billet wire looms that replace that rubber boot you are talking about. They work with suicide doors and I'd imagine you could get them to work on your doors. Just put them as close to the pivot point as you can.
