i`m tryin 2 make it low down this wekend to deliver the truck to a customer but havein probs. It`s a 2001 S-10 single cab. I`m runnin 2 air zenith 2 40amp relays and 1 145 to 185 pressure switch. i ran 1 power wire and daizy chained to the other relay. i wired it up like the diagram on az`s web page. the compressor`s run and run but wont shut off. replace the pressure switch twice... any help would be great. if not all well????

you have igntion going into the pressure switch out to 85 , batt power going to 87 ,ground going to 86 compressors going to 30. im pretty sure thats the way it should be i looked at AZ web site and i think they screwed up with the way they have pic. but i could be wrong

If you have the relays wired like bean said it should be working. How do you have the pressure switch wired up?

Do you have a pressure switch that you know works that you could try? Maybe the 2 you've tried so far were both bad straight out of the box....

pressure switch 1 wire straight to power the other to relay`s

Put a toggle switch on the power wire to the pressure switch so you can manually shut it off. I like having this feature, so you can turn them off when you don't want them running.

none of those worked so any other ideas or input. didn`t make to the 3 day show this time around but the good thing is the guy called and told me that he had a change of plans that he wont be able to make and that he is in oregon. so it worked out for the both of us so far... no i just got to figure this dam thing out... might just have to start from scratch agian on the wires and sfuff... sorry for venting but thanks happy draggin
