Hey guys i'm bout to stock floor my truck on 22's. It's bagged and lays frame but we set it up for 20's last time. Never got the 20's although i got a killer deal on a set of 22's. My question is, is what does it take to lay on 22's up front? I've got the 2" drop spindles. I "ASSUME" i need control arms. Is there a way to do it without getten control arms? cause i'd rather not if i can keep from it. I heard hd 2500 arms and diff. ball joints would work. Anybody got any advice? Or if i have to get arms where do they make them for a 89 regular cab chevy to lay 22's? Oh yeah i'm gonna stock floor it 3"inches. Thanks everybody later!

yes in order to clear a 22" with a 265/35/22 tire on a 3" bodydrop u have to tub the firewall

Tub firewall, and im guessin u have relocated about everything since its bagged i dunno, but all the harnesses on the firewall have to be moved. we just stockfloored mine on 22's with stock arms and stock ball joints. however the uppers are in a bit of a bind, ill prolly switch them out for some others. If you havent cut everything up to lay in the front already i would suggest buying AirRide tech's. strong arms. If i had it to do again i would do it that way.

I would get the BHC arms. I hate Airride Tech.
