the obvious diff is s-10 5 on 4 3/4 where full size was 5 on 5 is now 6 on 5.5...are you wanting to do a conversion? that would help answer.

I know the lug pattern is different..I mean the sixze of the rotors and calipers..if i were to put s-10 spindles on a fullsize would it have the same stopping power? or would it get worse because or smaller components?

full sizeses are alot bigger as far as caliper size .if you are wanting an upgrade in brakeing my g/f has an xtreme blazer, and most blazers from 98 up have this set up, thaey have a hub style front with a seal bearing and a brake hat kinda like import cars, with a huge twin piston caliper. dimes can use the same spindle from 82 to 04,only difference is the abs stuff.also that same truck has rear disk s as well.the only 2 down falls to this system is that where a wheel bearing style spindle cost about 80 bux the drop spindle for a blazer is about 280 and bell tech is the only people that make it. also a wheel bearing for a regular setup is about 15 bux for top stuff, the blazer one is about 185 a side.hope any of this has help
