A four-link is what holds the axle under the truck. It allows the axle to articulate through it's travel without binding or causing sever pinion angle changes when setup right. Check out the 4-link article stickied in the suspesnoin forum. A panhard keeps the axle from moving from side to side. A panhard bar will actually push or pull the axle from side to side during the travel of the suspension. Panhard bars are also talked about in the article. Welcome to the scene and good luck to you. Everyone has to start somewhere.
