wiring 2 compressors

hey i have a soleniod and 2 compressors.

I was given a diagram and when i hooked it up, all it gave me was "click, click" when i turned it on and off...can someone help lol

i have a wire running from the rocker switch to the ground on the soleniod and the other wire is running from the battery to the other input of the rocker switch. I then have both compressors on one positivie tower on the soleniod, and the power wire for my switchbox running to the other positive tree. I then have my main ground from the frame on the same tree as my wire running from the rocker switch to the solenoid. And the 2 compressor grounds are running to the other ground tree on the soleniod. and like i said all i get is "click" can someone help please

what kind of solenoid do you have?

If your getting click it is something to do with ethier the main power input into the selinoid, or the power the compressors off the selinoid, or the ground off the compressors. check that all out and make sure the surface is clean where ever you mount the ground
