So my monitor of about 7 years went out today. It was a 19" crt that never gave me any problems. But has anyone else ever had a monitor go out on them? Second, I want to buy a LCD monitor but can't decide on one. I want to buy the best under $250. Any opinions

Can't go wrong with a ViewSonic. You can get a ViewSonic 19-inch Widescreen LCD Monitor for 214.00ish and a 20-inch Widescreen LCD for 266.00ish

I just bought a HP w1907 19 inch widescreen at Wal-Mart for 225.00. I love it.
