instead of a single 550 why not get a viair dual pack of 380s or 480s?

Dont run 550s they are not sealed and they draw and ass load of amps. Ive never had AZs though? Ive had two 550s on one truck, they pump fast but they must be in a sealed compartment....like a trunk or the inside of an suv....which is very loud.

I would run a viair 480 dual pack on it. You would have some GREAT fill times with that. Whatever way you go We have the ALL the Viair Dual packs IN STOCK as well as silver and the purple AZ's. Same day shipping and tracking numbers.

I found a coupon code today for Hornblasters.com It's $50 off any compressor purchase $165 or more, which would be for instance:
Viair 380C $184.95-$50.00=$134.95
Viair 450C $189.95-$50.00=$139.95
Viair 480C $219.95-$50.00=$169.95
You have to checkout from their site using Google Checkout and the where it says enter coupon code put in the word "family"
I'm not sure how long this code will work but for now it's a slick deal, espically if you need a new comp.

I would run dual Viair 420c's man. They are only slightly less CFM than the 550c but are cheaper and physically heaps smaller. They also draw way less power than the 550c. 420c's are 2.54 CFM, the 550c'c are 2.9 CFM and the 480c's are only 1.76 CFM. The only downside is they are only 33% duty cycle but ive never had a 420 shut down on me, and i run them pretty hard.
