Max Phish is a freakin genius at this stuff too. I'm sure they'd all be glad to help.

Does the toe only happen after a certain point in the travel or is it consistently toeing in and out as the suspension moves? I have not seen under the new Tacos yet, but if it is a consistent change and the rack is behind the suspension like the older ones then the rack is too high or the steering arm on the spindle is too low. If it is a front steer then it would be opposite.

If it only starts toeing in at a certain part of the travel then the tierods are either too long or too short. This is the most likely scenario. How to fix this one... Fudge it the best that you can, you could find the proper width rack, but that is a real pain in the ass too.

Post a pic of the front arms from a straight on front view and I can tell you where to start looking.

its fine at ride height as it comes down the wheels toe in the futhur u go the worse it gets i think if i extend the tie rod end its gonna be messed up at ride height somebody said to drill the spindle and put a bolt thru the spindle and use a heim on the rac but that just dosent seem safe this is a 19 year old kid that owns this truck and its gotta b safe

I know that most of the factory suspensions that I have ever dealt with have either too long or too short of a tierod and pushing the suspension past it's intended use range will only create problems and unfortunately they get worse the lower that you go. You can adapt the outer tierod end to use a heim, but you just need to address it properly.

You would be best off by using a 3/4" heim with 1/2" misalignment spacers (www.hm-engineering.com) and securing it either like the pic or get a hold of the guys on here that make the heim adapters. (I think you should be able to find a thread about attaching heims to spindles in the suspension forums)

Good luck
