ok guys, so ive had the fuel pump replaced and the sending unit. im about ready to replace the fuel filter cause its the glass twist ones.

i let it sit for about a 2 week period. cause ive been busy. last time i ran it, it drove n everything just fine, well now theres no fuel in the fuel filter ive tried pumping it. using starter fluid. even threw a small amount of gas in the carb it wont run for more than a 5 second period and even then it bogs down n dies when i press the gas pedal. im pretty sure i didnt go thru 18 gallons of gas in two in town trips with less than 15 miles combined. any suggestions??

sounds like a bad fuel pump even though you just replaced it.

are you running a mechanical or electric pump?

since you have one of the glass filters make sure that there isnt another fuel filter that is clogged. seen it many times

pull off the hose before the glass housing. get a cup and see if it will spit anything out. see if you even feel any air or anything. pull the pump off and push the lever on it you should hear air or something when you pump it. you may have a plugged fuel line
