Attempt at reflection effect

Thought I would try my luck at the reflection thing. The original photochop was done by someone over at sportruck.com a few years ago. You can comment but please.. be gentle

fade it out earlier and don't use the shadow in the reflection. look good though

what do you mean fade it out earlier? This was just a quickie. I didn't really put to much into yet. I appreciate the feedback though

cut it up and distort it to fit and put it back together.. and feather it out u woudlnt see the hood in a reflection because its on top of the truck.. just the side would reflect

usually i cut mine into three pieces.. front fender forward.. cab.. and bed and manipulate until it looks good and lines up.. and its like 50% brushing too u need to add shadows like the underside of the rollpan and underbelly of the truck

reflections arent the easiest to learn

Cool, thanks Matt. I used a quick how to for text reflections I found on the internet and put it to use on the truck. I didn't even think about the hood part and probably the bed cover also. I will try what you said and see how it turns out.
