alright a guy i talk to every now and again wants to bag his c10. step side, late 60's mid 70's i dont know. he plans on doing a big block in it at some point with some decent power.

he is looking at Air Ride Technologies but I am trying to tell him that on some of their stuff, you're paying for the name. He wants to do the air bar for the c10, and then bag it up front.I am trying to tell him that a properly set up 4-link from Why Not? or G-werx, would do just as well, or better.

Honestly, what do you guys think is the better option? He plans on taking it to the track, but seems to think not laying it out will somehow give him better performance. Not sure how, because if your riding on air....it doesnt really matter how low you air...

if its 67-72 they come with the trailing arms
its like a wishbone 2 link

you can mount the bags on them where the coils were and notch the frame and it will layout with a good ride

if its after 72.. i would go with a parallel four link with bags on the bars for ride and for all the wheelhop issues with a big block
