four link bushings??? help please

i cant figure out why my four link bushing keep on busting??this is my second set they work fine but when i gas it they blow ???i told kp what hp and torqe i have can this be a reason why (480 hp, 490 torqe at the rear wheels) ???and i havent even hit the juice off the line yet can i just put a hime joint on insted of the bushings?? i seen some on rail it customs web sight that had rubber in them would that solve my problem???please help here are some pics..

no just straight up and straight down i cant figure it out its like the rear end is twisting under extrem load and now that my truck is bagged it lauches even harder

a friend of mine told me to take it easy but if i have power im going to use it and scrapin the coast is next weeken and i think im going to be in a jamb

is you link set up right, i mean is it straight not off any cause if it is off that will do it also i done that same set up on my buddys truck are you using a panhard bar if not that could be your problem

yes i have a pan hard bar i measured out every thing from the frame and it measures square

my buddy has an izuzu pup with a 383 stroker in it with a 3 link and he has around 500 horse and he has heim joins and he has no problem with them thats what i would say to run

ight ill try it but what about the other end of my bar the eyelet is welded on do ive to make knew bars??and put hiem joins on both sides of the bar

hmmm you shouldnt have these problems, poly bushings are used in tons of aftermarket replacement parts for tons of muscle cars...... my fullsize had them, and i twisted a set of pete and jakes parallel brackets in half before the bushings gave slack (no they did not break off the frame, the large bracket twisted until the tabs tore loose).....


on another note, the bushings you are showing off our site are alot larger than the ones in that kp kit you have, they are in a 2" OD (1.5" ID) sleeve 2" and 2.5" wide... but the bushings i had in my fullsize are the same size as the kp kit you have......

hell idont know what can be cauding it if it all is square
