Pyle Head Unit?

Beware that you get what you pay for in the car audio industry. I wouldnt buy anything Pyle... just my .02

I know Pyle doesn't have the big name but I do have one of thier 7" Monitors in my truck. It is an older model than the one the link shows but I have had good luck with the picture quality on it. The monitor is about 3 1/2 years old. There are probably better monitors on the market but I have had good luck with it and will run it till it quits or i come across a really good deal on another.
