Happy to help, All Oiless compressors are good for about 400 hours of use that is it after this time the bearings get gulded the piston ring wears out and motor brushes wear down. Sounds to me you compressor is just warn out good news Lance at Viair (real cool guy) can get you top end and motor end rebuild kits for that compressor and get her back up and running like new Extra amp draw is the main sign of a warn compressor.
