Nice project! I can't wait to see it when the bed is back on it.

I did something similar but I give myself a c- on the bed

The top piece of the window is a piece of molding thats glued in when you put the windshield in. I recently had one put in my truck and they glued it in.

any glass company can get that upper molding aftermarket foe anywhere from 10-25 bucks or just put full coverage on your ride and throw arock at the windshield so insurance pays for it there's no deductable on windsheilds

your truck gave me the motivation to go threw with the cab swap still would like to see picts of your upper arms and mountsyour truck is lookin tight thought my bed will not be any better than a F the first go round putting it on for now but the bed was trashed be for i got it it has 1/4" filler over the factory paint them was repainted three times over that so this winter Ill start a new bed

got the bed on for a test fit today not done at all so don't judge it yet and it temp. tell the new bed this winter still needs more supports and gussets just a mock up to get the front bed mounts on the frame so here is more pics







and on this last pict you can see the shocks i mounted to get it to a show this weekend

looks like you need to lift your bed about an inch to get the body line to match up!

iam luving thee valve cover its hot, and any thing built by your self is way better than buying something that is bought. but if you buy something then you be better have the guts to cut and chop the hell out of it to make it your own.. but thats just mine own opinion..looks good though
