FYI: HELIUM is 5 out of 1,000,000 atoms or molecules of air. And NITROGEN is 8 out of 10 atoms (or molecules) of air.thus helium is a lot samller molecule and travels much faster. Dont ask me why I know that I just do. LOL

WELL HERE IS THE DEAL JUST LIKE VINNY SAID, HELIUM IS A LIGHTER GAS. BEING A LIGHTER GAS IT WILL FLOW MUCH FASTER BUT AT TEH SAME TIME IT WILL( AND I MEAN WILL) FIND LEAKS MUCH FASTER THATN NITROGEN. IF YOU HAVE A SMALL COMPROMISE IN THE SYSTEM, SMALL ENOUGH THAT COMPRESSED AIR AND NITROGEN CANNOT FIND; TRUST ME HELIUM WILL FIND IT.

THEY ARE DEFINED AS FOLLOWS:

He = HELIUM
Name: Helium
Symbol: He
Atomic Number: 2
Atomic Mass: 4.002602 amu
Melting Point: -272.0

One more thing Helium is the coldest when in a liquied state,Out of all the gasess.
