Is there any way to mold urethane. I have a lip kit for my camaro and i want to mold the front and rear lips. But i havnt heard of any way to do it beacuse nothing sticks to urethane

Do you mean a negative mold? You can do a brush on mold with silicone. Reynoldsam.com

i just want to mold the front body kit lip to the bummper

yes you can. The kit I have on my Honda Accord is fiber glass and the bumpers are urethane. First you scuff the bumper, then you put this bonding compound on the bumpers and then you stick on the kit. I have mine going on 3 years with very little cracking. I have scraped it several time. Any good body shop can do it. It looks like it is part of the bumper.

This article could shed some light for you. In our shop we always used a bonding agent like "Fusor" adhesive.
