01 dodge spindles?

i have a customer with a 01 dodge ram 1500 he is wanting to do a 4/6 drop. belltech only offers 94-99 and 02+ they skip 00 and 01 and they said its due to the spindles are diffrent anyone know what? or want it takes to swap them out?
