you can already max out the balljoints on a tacoma without a cantilever, so there wouldnt be more lift unless you changed them. You could make custom, longer, control arms and get more lift though.

What about an older yota front clip? that would also fix my little toein/out problems with the 20s?......

Not really, the earlier Toys also have bump-steer issues. I have a modified lower balljoint that moves the outer tie rod to eliminate the bump-steer probs that the Tacos have.
