im wanting to put rack and pinion power steering on my 91 toyota pickup, but the kits ive seen on jegs are for mustang 2's and pintos. how do i know which one to get. the frame is all handbuilt and im using toyota drop spindles if that helps.

Bare with me im posting this from my cell phone. If you draw a line from the from your upper control bolt to the lower control arm bolt at the frame. The inner tie rod should fall that line. Therefore a little match (cad would help) you need a rack that is wide enough for that to happen. Alright ill check back once i get out of class cause my teacher is giving me the evil eye.

well if you are building a custom frame, im assuming you know what needs to go where, so order a rack from unisteer that matches what you need.....
