Hey guys,

I'm going to be buying a 1994 Nissan Hardbody soon and i wanna know what it's gonna take to bag this thing and lay the whole frame out on 20s!!

I'll have about $2000 to work with. So guys, if i can get some help, i'd appreciate it...

Here's what i'm mainly looking for:

- What problems may i encounter?- Any problems with layin the whole frame out? i know S-10s are kinda hard to lay the front out with stock A Arms...- Anything with Torsion Bars i need to know bout.- etc.

Thanks in advance... and don't give me that Search button shit... i'm busy n don't have time for that.

I'm not an expert, so take it for what it's worth. from what i've seen, you're looking at replacing the control arms for 20s. you're gonna be tossing your torsion bars anyway. can-do makes arms to use toyota spindles, which helps, then swap to the toyota axle and you got your 5 lug better wheel options. the common tubing the hell out of the front, 4wd fenders, and all will help too. i know it sounds kinda cheesy but TrucksTV on spike did 3 episodes on bagging a hardbody on 20s.

your lucky you live in the mainland because if you lived where i live in honolulu youd pay 2000 for the shipping! nah its not 2000 but on the real its about 800 for the air kit, full skins, and spindles. i guess i t cost money to live in hawaii. i sure wish i had some

you should visit the good ppl over @nissancustoms.com

anywho, if u plan on baggin on 20"s u hsould need $x$ fenders in the front and might need to have sum grafted in the rear. if not your rear fenders will have to b flared...ALOT

the make sure u lay out completely make sure u have a Monster notch in the rear and sum 2" drop spindles form bell tech or chassis tech ($180-230 depending)

Hey guys,

I

Gettsburg huh? i'm gonna guess PA?

You can switch the upper a-arms.. flip the pass upside down, flip the ball joint around and stick it on the drivers side.. this lays a 20 without any problems. You could get tubulars, but with 2 g's, you're barely going to have enough for parts, you wont have anything for labor, so i hope you're good with what you're knowledge is.

you'll need to cut out the unibody bracing/inner fender crap, tub the firewall and possibly move the clutch slave.

You will need drop spindles and you might possible still have to notch the lowers, im not sure off hand. Id get rid of the steering stabilizer bars and build a triangulated piece off of your lowers to your frame.

In the rear, you need a 6" notch, i'm going a little more, b/c 22's are going to see mine shortly, and the rear is basically like any other truck.

get some 15's with some big tires the same diamter of as the 20's you want and use em for mockup.. much easier then keeping 9459560 measurements around.

oh yeah the computers inside of you ride on the driver side and the a/c blower motor are going to need to be moved. i just body dropped my friends truck on 20's and that was a bitch, oh yeah if any ones got the del on shipping let me know. mostly people from california i found it to be the cheapest
