vandalized, can u help me?

The reason i placed this in the bodywork topic is b/c it has to do w/ my new bedliner. i just got my ranger back 2 days before the 4th with a brand new sheetmetal bed. Well while at my apt. complex someone thru about 5 of those snap n pops in the bed and one happen to pop and put a burn lookin spot in the bed. I also found a cig butt in there but it was put out. If anyone could help me on how i could possibly start to get this out let me know. Thanks.

scrub it w/ purple power, it mite have to be touched up by the bedliner place.

what kind of bedliner? certain liners (ex line-x) has touch up they can apply to some spots
