Hey bro. take a hole saw thats fits in between the inner sleeve and outer sleeve and drill throught the rubber. take out the middle part then take a sawzall and being careful not to cut into the frame to much cut the outer sleave in two places and then pry the outer sleeve inward and volia!! its out!

USING A HEAVY, THREADED BOLT, NUT, TWO WASHERS, A SOCKET TO FIT THE HEAD OF THE BOLT AND TWO SOCKETS - ONE THE SAME DIAMETER AS THE BUSHING AND THREADED TO MATCH THE THE BOLT THREADS, THE OTHER LARGE ENOUGH TO FIT OVER THE BUSHING RUBBER - REMOVE THE BUSHING FROM THE CROSSMEMBER. ITS REALLY QUITE SIMPLE. YOU PROBLY ALREADY FUNKED IT UP.AS THE BUSHING IS REMOVED, THE RUBBER ON THE REAR SIDE WILL BE CUT OFF. HOPE THIS HELPS JUST PUT NEW BUSHINGS IN MY TRUCK. GOING TO USE STOCK ARMS.

at the garage i worked at we had this c clamp that you can tighten the end with the impact gun and it has all sorts of adapters get a sucket that fits the bushing doameter and press it out sometimes there a bitch to do but most of the time there heated and the center is whacked out then you can cut the top and bottom of the bushing with the sawzall and whack it out with a chisel

i finally got that bastard out..getting the bushing and inner sleeve out was really easy..just a little heat and it came right out...i ended up cutting that outer sleeve some more with the sawzall and was able to chisel it the rest of the way out...now i can at least get a wheel on it and get it on the trailer and take it home where i have a lift....it was just a bitch tryin to do it just on jackstands..thanks for the info guys
