What Do you use to convert the steering linkage? Whats the best way to convert to right hand drive?

Hey, there are a few different ways to do this. 1. Get a right hand dash or fab one. Ive seen one done using a chain mechanism behind the dash to where the column mounted on the right side would turn a sprocket on the left. Kind of ghetto but would probably be the cheapest route. The other way is to source the components for your truck from a factory RHD $$$$. I also think one of the companies like flaming river or something makes a RHD mustang 2 rack that maybe could be adapted.

I have done the conversion and you don't have to buy all that stuff. PM and I will give you a run down of what I did

You can use a rack and pinion from a car that has the rack mounted behind the axle and rotate it 180 degrees. Check out my profile for the nissan.

The box connects in front of the control arms and its mounted on the top of the frame rail. Can i use a rack and pinion from a Honda Prelude?
