does anyone know if you can get a these rims in a 4-lug or some thing close to them.

Yes, just call Intro. It's called the Ripple or Colorado Custom make's the Waverly which is very close if not identical. If Intro won't make them in a 4 lug, I can guarantee you Colorado Custom will. But I'm about 99.9% positive Intro will make that wheel in a 4 lug.
