I've been hiring people to do all my work for me on my truck, and I'm not happy with a lot of things. I figure I'm going to do my first big project, and stock floor my '02 Blazer. I live in Hollywood, near Miami. I was gonna rent a storage unit and buy a welder and teach myself... but I'd like some help. Anyone interested in lending a hand to build a sweet truck?

I know it's no easy task, don't expect it to be. It's the next big step in my build though, and I just want some local help.

Me too Grant, thank you. I made a post on my site... floridaminis, let's see what the guys have to say.

The Blazer is SO sick right now... my dream truck almost... but I have to get with the times! Laying frame is lame now, lol. I feel like I have a nosebleed when I go to shows.

What could I do besides running 2x3 layed flat to strengthen the frame?

kenny, i think you mean what could you do TO strengthen it if you lay it flat. like biomax's frame you can run 2 rails on both sides and some "more than sufficiently built" crossmembers.
