What type of truck is it that you have now?
Is it built (H.P.)and what's your budget.
There alot of ways one can approach this problem, simple, change the rear end out for a six lug rear axle. Stay with Ford it will make the conversion easier, you may have to shorten the housing and axles.
Another option would be to take your axles out and go to a local machine shop and provide them with a template for the wheels you wish to run, keep in mind if you have any kind of horse power and are looking to upgrade this is and would be your golden opportunity to do so.
Wither it be just bigger/stronger lugs or axles or the whole housing it' self.
