Anybody have this problem; I have a 01 Navigator im laying out on 26s and with the wheels on i get about 4 inches of drop before the steering arm hits the lca. The truck has djm lowers installed if that makes a diff. The only options I can see are either notch the lcr or shorten the pitman arm to pull the steering are out of the way but that seems a lil sketchy. Here are a few pics of where the lcr and steering arm start bumping uglies:

Anybody got any ideas?

from what I can see it is the LCA that is the problem.

I would not shorten the pitman arm or move the drag link. That would effect your ackerman (not sure of the spelling) but the term relates to the turning radius of both front wheels.

Biomax has posted about the topic.

I feel for your troubles! good luck.

Ive read up on all of biomax's posts, thats why I am hesitant to alter the steering in any way. I have another set of tubular lcas laying around. Im gonna try those out and if all else fails ill look into notching the djms or an oem set
