ok daily drive 94 chevy.. 2 450's 7 gal 175 psi. going thru check valves on the leader hoses every month or so. its anoiying couse air leaks back thur the compressor.neone elce having probs going thur ceck valves? maybe need better airfilters? running k&n style filters. startin to get frustrated

the 450's are only rated for 150 PSI. That extra air might be messing them up. I've had the same two 450's for over 4 years now, but I only run a 110/145 switch on 10 gal.

viair claims the check valves R good to 250 psi or something... but who knows..

i would get a smc or a parker check valve ive never had a problem with those.

viairs in line check valves go bad with extensive use @ pressure over 150 psi... run a parker check valve in line on your system there pretty reliable
