ford five lug to dodge five luck, are they the same?

early 90s ford..yes they were both 5x5.5

i have a 99 f150 and im wondering if they are the same bolt pattern as dodge ram and 300

both are 4x5 5lug. older dodge truck rims will fit your truck, but not all ford wheels will fit the dodge truck, 300 is a different lug pattern all together. the 300 is a 5x4.5 5lug which is the same as ranger, toyota, as well as mustangs and many smaller cars.
