billet grille?

does anyone make a billet grille for a 79 F100? i have a friend that just bought a truck and was wondering.

here is a picture of a 79 grille. all he wants is a insert not a phantom.

http://lmctruck.com/icatalog/fc/0057.asp that's the best i can find. depending on the width, could it be possible to cut down a full size chevy billet grill from the mid 80's. because i did that for my ranger before they actually started making them.

we were thinking about that just wanted to make sure there wasnt one out there before we did the work.
