roll pan problem

I got a grant roll pan from suicide doors and I was wondering if you had to cut the old one out or how does the roll pan mount on the truck because it does not fit right.

u have to cut the bottom ends out b/c it is flush with the out side. i am putting my grant socal on right now we are finnishing up the body work
