I always order my stuff from Suicide Doors. I know they've kind gotten big and sometimes have shipping problems, but i've never had a problem. Jerid knows me by first name now. Called him the other day to get some weld in bung, told him I needed them ASAP, they were here the next day. I ussually get a discount without even asking. Good guys in my books. If I need it and they got it, I order it from them. They didnt carry ASCO so I bought my valves from FMkustoms.com. They hooked me up also. Never ordered from AVS or GW. I ordered a black AVS 9-switch box from SSD, they are drop shipped from AVS. Didn't come for like 2 weeks. Called Jerid and told him what was up. I had an upgraded polished one sittin at my door in 2 days. They had that one in stock and sent it out. I would go with SSD. But if you need any parts made I would hit up Cris at GW, he's a good guy to do business with also.

Ive bought from GW a few times, always happy with em.

See Gw doesnt even say anything in public why they cant respond to phone calls or emails...I had a customer waiting for a response from them and never hear back. Sent dozens of emails over the last year and never a response. Hmmm i dunno...Doesnt sound to good to me...
But hey what do i know. I sell stuff also...and have a decent customer base. So I guess maybe if anyone needs anything I will throw my name out there...

no offense, but you sound like you are trying to put one company down to make yourself look better..... if you didnt notice ive posted several comments representing gravity werx.... i normally dont handle sales, but if you want you can personally email me @ cris@gravity-werx.com and i can get whatever straight if need be.....

gravity werx has been around since 2003, long before alot of these small e commerce type companies popped up.... i would have to say you are the first individual ive seen to complain about gravity werx on ssm......

GW is pretty much the only place ive ever ordered from. Ive only ever had one problem with them when something was forgotten with one of my orders, i needed it for the weekend so the GW crew over nighted it to me thursday afternoon, and i recieved it friday. Great company, with great customer service. I would deff recommend them!!!!!!!

I can personally vouch for the quality for Gravity Werx's customer service. I have been a customer for several years now, and they are the only shop that I buy from. Mike and Cris are two of the best guys in the business and will do anything to help the customers. I have ordered many things in the past few years and have always been impressed with not only their customer service, but also their fast shipping and excellent products. They have gone out of their way to help me however possible, including any unusual requests for parts and getting me parts on friday and weekends after shop hours. You will not find better customer service than with Gravity Werx.

I buy everything from gravity-werx!! Mike is a good guy and always gets my stuff out quick!

Gravity Werx all the way! i buy everything from Mike. he's even brought me a fitting or 2 for free when i blew a line and was broke down on the side of the road. and Jon you are the first ever disgruntled GW customer i believe! Mike bends over backwards to help folks, maybe try giving them another chance?
