on my 96 hardbody, how will it affect my ac/ defrost by shaving them.if at all?i dont want to shave them and then my ac not work right.what are some of you guys experiences in doing this?
then vents on cowl are the fresh air intake for the hvac system. shaving the vents will not prevent the a/c or defrost from working,
it only cuts down the volume coming out your vents.
I did it to my Nissan a few months ago. and I barely noticed anything if at all. Go for it. Suicide doors makes a really nice filler plate for them that fit perfectly. I made mine myself. but I would have used SSD's had I known they were making them when I did mine.
YEAH I SEEN THE S/D STUFF ON THEIR SITE. I PLAN ON A FEW PURCHASES SHORTLY. AS FAR AS THE AC. MY WIFE AND I AGREED THAT UNTIL MY 7 MONTH OLD SON IS BIG ENOUGH TO TOLERATE IT I'M KEEPING IT. OH WELL
