OK, we put even more gussets on there till we didn't have any more room

Just got my Chrome Viair 480's pack from Rail It Customs

well its finally fully bagged, the back lays frame, the front almost does but the front cross member hits. Is there anything I can do to make it lay?

So all I have to do is just trim it until it lays? So I don't need to reinforce anything?
