depends on what year model u'r talkin about. 85-95.5 toyota pickups with the torsion bar suspension can drag reflectors up while only static dropped. turn torsion bars all the way down, mono-leaf + 3" block in the rear with a notch and it'll sit about 1.5-2" off the ground. a tacoma is a bit different. they dont make but a 3" drop kit and if you compound the 3" springs + flipped balljoints that makes 6" of drop but you are still about 5" of the ground. i have 13" of drop on my tacoma from stock ride height. and a lot of stuff done to get it that low. its not the lowest static dropped taco i'm sure but mine actually handles good to be so low.

and yes it used to lay out

yeah, i forgot to mention i pulled my rear bumpstops and cut the fronts in half.

cranked the front down another inch, gotta pull the front stops. had to roll my fender lips with rib joints and a wood bat. then i bowed out the fender from the wheel. lots clearance to that now. inners are now the issue.
