22r specs

i was wondering who i would need to talk to, or where i could find specs or build reccomendations for building a 22r that could handle between 7-14 lbs of boost.

what modifications would need to be made. i.e. pistons, rods cam??? i want the motor to be bullet proof. if it costs more to build it up the first time but does not break its cheaper than rebuilding later cuz i didnt do it right the first time.

my plans are to start with a new/refurb 22r long block and work up from there. i already have my ideas for what i want to do with it as far as the turbo and fuel delivery but i need to know as far as internals what i should do to make it a reliable motor.

also what are the best trans. a/t or m/t that can bold up to the 22r w/o modification that would be able to handle approx 200-230 w/hp

this guy here has a lot of information in regards to turboed motors...he might be able to help you. i wanted to do a 22rte swap in my toyota and spoke with him about it. he's a very nice guy..
