truck wont shut off

Hey guys I have a 200 s10 bone stock, It wont shut off, I can turn the key to lock and pull it out everything goes off but the engine. Yesterday My radiator cap blew off and I had my fuse panel under the hood with the cover off. I got some water on the fuses. I tried to blow off the water with air. Do you think it shorted out something or did my igintion switch go out? also the horn started blowing and wouldnt stop until I pulled the relay. What do you think??? Its fixin to be traded in

Your distributor is probably still getting power. If you don't want to trace that wire all the way, put a toggle switch in the middle of it. My friend did this, stuck the switch in the ashtray. Ghetto yes, but no one else knew how to start his truck.
