how much do you have body drop it to get it to the rockers and how much to the door

3 stock floor 3.5 traditonal. im 4 inches and 1/2 away from the doors from draggin...

on a side note does ne1 know whats the difference between ranger and explorer sport i beams??????will ranger dropped i beams work on an explorer sport of same years
